God, it’s been a hot minute since i’ve posted anything. I’m gonna work on that. However, not going to post anything personal anymore I don’t think, as this blog seems to be a death knell for relationships. Or at least that’s what I’ll blame it on.
Anyhow.
Can I just talk about web comics for a minute? I’ve been expanding to reading more than just http://achewood.com/ for once. New favorites?

Awesome comic. Nothing beats adorable monsters and their bizarrely awesome owners. I’m waiting for the theme of koala assassins to resurface. Right now it’s in the beginning of what would be a trite story arc elsewhere — The main character, chase, meets his girlfriend’s dad. Not so much here, where the dad is some beastly scottish adventurer. We’ll see where it goes, but the humor here is strange and wonderful. i’d post an image, but he makes them really wide, and to be honest, i’m too lazy to figure out how to make that look right on here. just go check it out. here’s the link a second time, in case you’re to lazy to move your hand too far: Nerf This

Honestly, one of the best things I’ve been reading lately. Her style kind of reminds me of Quentin Blake (dude who illustrated for Roald Dahl) a little, but that may just be me. Also, the lady is hell of funny. My favorite thing she does is where she does a little one-off strip based on an edward gorey book cover. I would post one of those, but she posts them in large batches. Instead, I will post a nice example of her art
